You’ll also work on improving flexibility, joint mobility, and overall body alignment—helping you move more freely, feel more energised, and build lasting strength from the inside out. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, our expert instructors offer personalised guidance every step of the way.

Signing up is easy! Simply visit our Memberships page to choose the plan that suits you best. Once you select your option, follow the prompts to complete your registration.

We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of motion, along with grip socks and a towel. Avoid overly loose garments to ensure safety during exercises. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated!

Yes, we offer an initial discounted trial class for new members. This allows you to experience our studio and teaching style before committing.

Our studio is open 7 days a week, offering sessions from early morning to evening to fit your schedule. We’re committed to making wellness accessible and convenient for everyone. Our opening hours are as follows: • Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM • Saturday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM • Sunday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
